Finally I have to sell the 110 double cab I rebuild a few years back it’s had virtually new everything, complete engine, gearbox, axle rebuilds most of the body is new as is the interior. It’s only just done 20miles since the rebuild £47500 ovno it’s a 2.5 petrol

It’s oily now, amazing that it’s been completely rebuilt and now one spotted that the pedestals were in the wrong order thus stopping the oil delivery

Started the next project in for a Marsland chassis and a new bulkhead, all new suspension and a full re spray

A little work round, we have replaced the bulkhead and repaired most panels and give it a coat of Java black metallic. Customer did want the interior, rear tub or engine bay touched

That’s 2 coats of primer then sand that down, do 2 more coats of primer, and sand that down and if it’s good enough start applying the colour

Some other parts it failed its mot on. Just because the car is mot exempt doesn’t mean it’s either safe or road worthy as this customer found out to his cost, apparently this was restored 18 months ago

Had a little series 3 in for a wheel bearing and mot it had to be condemned due to poor welding and being structurally unsafe more pictures to come
